Bitcoin is at a bearish movement at the moment so it's not surprising being at the 12k-15k level. 2017 was a crazy bull run and it seems the bull is taking a break. Bitcoin will rise again, there's no doubt about that but we should not expect Bitcoin to run all the time. Patience. Bitcoin will eventually reach that price but not in an instant.

The bull run is just beginning now, BITCOIN already crossed 15$k as we speak and itll be back to the 19$k level any time IN MY OPINION
