i can see my bitcoin address there with many other addresses but the strange its UNSPENT status of mine

but an insteresting thing is in the middle of that txid you can see that is a transfer to the same account that is sending with the status SPENT, please if somone here knows whats and why is that let me know, its already 2 days and no money received
