The normal computers have limited resources, and using the CPU for mining will not be optimal. Specific miners, maybe GPU miners would mine more/better and as soon as somebody will start GPU-mining the CPUs/browses will get virtually nothing.
If you make the browser mine, some antiviruses will flag it as malware which may alter the reputation of Maxthon browser.
