I agree, those politicians out there are the one who are criminals, the are stealing the people's money, which is so immoral. But getting back to the topic, yes, bitcoin could be use by those criminals, I mean those people who are using bitcoin in illegal activities or misusing it could be consider as criminals. Way back then, bitcoin was used on buying drugs on the black market called Silk Road.
