Will,in my own i have no tips on how not to lose in gambling,because i believe that in gambling only have 10% of chances to win in the game and 90% you already lossing in games.gambling is good for recreation or entertainment in yourself,but being in addiction in this kind of games and all your investment will turn down and create you many debt,will this is not good for us,its better to quits and find another alternative kind of hobbies,that can make you to refreshing yourself and one example of this is sport.

You have a point, but I think if someone getting addicted in gambling is not only creating a lot of debts, but also get owe from the people that might he/she know. And yes! There's a another thing that might still entertain yourself and getting out of your stress like basketball, jogging and lots of activities. But if a person has really had a passion in gambling, I guess it's really hard to stop him to change of who really he is.
