GigaWatt Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore based company that just resells miners - mostly from Bitmain - at a low premium (abuou 10-20%).

They are real, and definetely not a scam.

I agree, definitely not a scam. In the long run it will be a great project.

I don't understand why anyone would sue. It only benefits the lawyers.
