I didn't try with my ledger nano S (not yet configured, just received it yesterday). Anyone tried ?

It means that it's already process but the transaction hash can't be found. That also happened to me and when I got pissed off I forgot it then I came back the other morning then to my surprise it got transacted. Etherdelta is too congested so I'm used to it yet I just used it rarely now.
