I don't think you have evidence of that. Such evidence could be, for example, a photograph with GPS info of them sitting in Beijing.
What we do have is "lack of shipping documentation."
Thorse are my evidences:
- noone from #3 received tracking number yet
- refunds was handled in store yesterday (of course they could handle it outside store before Monday but it would just double their work)
- #2 had pretty fast deliver (2-3 days to US ?) so with Monday shipping they should be already delivered and we should see some reports here
Obviously I dont have photo with GPS from Beijing, but with those evidences I can almost certainly assume that shipping didnt happen.
Still I hope im just wrong.
I suspect that you are correct that they were not shipped Monday, but nonetheless, you have inference, not evidence.
