Predictions are predictions. No one knows if it is and when it will going to happen. But i'am still believing with the spike of bitcoin's price this year. Just like how it's value went so well last year that it rises more or less 10th times it's value from start to the end of 2017. So let is continue hoping that it will happen again this year.

It will come maybe now, later or tomorrow, there is no certain thing or time when it comes, it is really hard to know when due to the volatility of the price, but one thing is for sure it will rise we just don't know when, how soon and why? Since it depends on our hand, all of us has an impact on the price.
