In my analysis, this might be the results of many new token uses ethereum as there platform.

Those ico's project are using smart contract which provided by Ethereum. With many ico's creating every day which offering on forum and many social media promoting, of course some of them attracting people to invest on it, where invest on it needed ETH as deposit coins to purchase the token's.
