It is not about to get staking rewards with every 24 hrs it depends how many coins u have. Ur coins need to match network weight. Ur sync of network weight increases about every minute by a value equal to the amount of your coins.
The PoS pools have advantage where You are staking ur coins with others, and all users have stake rewards very often. In "StakeUnited" pool (pool that i prefered bcs its easy to use nad really safe) average reward of staking HOLD its about to one drop per 5 hrs. Site is being improved all the time. :]
U dont need to have open any wallet or any site u just deposite there ur coins and in about to 24hrs (from deposite time) they should be in staking, its very easy and perfectly safe i can promise that.
The pool fee is 3% of staking rewards but even with this u will increas ur income very much. :]
