Well, that whitepaper is just a list of options other coins implemented. It does not include anything that they may consider to implement, or worse, what they eventually would understand. It's just a piece of nicely formatted marketing rubbish.
The whitepaper you keep referring to is the alpha version, so we can expect it to improve until the final release. 
Why bother writing a whitepaper? There's been no development in the last 20 weeks, why would there be any in the future?
