Is there something wrong with retargetting? It seems stuck on 10.08 for a while now :s.

I think it isn't stuck, it was at 5.6 yesterday, but a lot of hashpower (multipool.in) drove it back to 10.
LTC difficulty is >950 right now, I think difficulty follows price, so difficulty will go up.

The difficulty isn't relative to price; It's relative to how many blocks are being found within X time frame.

Sorry, I didn't notice that it wasn't stuck, just lately everytime I check it seems same difficulty.

I understand and agree on that, difficulty isn't relative to price.
But high price attracts more miners, driving up difficulty, rinse, repeat.

That's what I mean by "difficulty follows price"
