Dude they need to put in 100BTC at least for this thing to go somewhere. There is alot of them out there and also if thye buy minimum the price will be 1SAT they need to buy not just the 15 BTC but way way more to get the price up. Look at the sell orders at 2SAT, 3SAT and so on. It depends how much money they have. On Icash(Pura) I bought at 5SAT 400K they made it clear at 10SAT that it's a community group take over and I made a killing on that one. Now I have 1M karma just in case lets see if this is the same or similar group that will revive Karma. I have no idea but I'll watch and see.
