Highly doubt you can producing them in large quantity..... or just impossible , go to look the news .
You can't producing them...no matter how superior is your RTL code, production capability is the key reason determining you can't do it.

What makes you think we will be using TSMC?

This just a typical information , that 28NM standards production line all over the world is exceeding its supply;(Demand is huge)...from any aspect , you think you can convince them to rejecting large companies' offers, instead to producing your small quantity of order?

Check out this article about the company that is making our chip eAsic which mentions major OEM customers i.e Seagate.

Nothing indicated eAsic has the infrastructure to producing 28nm standard chips,and if you look at its own product eAsic is using 40nm for its ASIC simulator. I think this company is a simulator producer,not a 28nm manufacture. Can you provides more useful information,thanks
