That is quite a lot of money, so it is probably best to put the majority in safe picks, such as ETH, NEO, Qtum. Then pick some established coins with room to grow (SUB, VEN, WTC, QSP, REQ, XBY..). And maybe also consider an ICO for excitement, but make sure to do your own research first. To me, this one looks very promising and is highly rated by ico rating websites too:

As it is gonna be a little bit as throwing darts (with previous research of course), I prefer them not to be coins that are in the top 10-15 already. About ICOs I already entered Insurepal and I will check some more including the one you suggest me.
