It's trading fees and it's non-withdrawable. It can only be used to cover your trading fees and this is the only purpose of this money.

It's important to note - we are not an ICO. There is a coin with a similar name, but UPcoin the exchange is not related to it. The coin existed before the exchange ever showed up.
