I need some urgent help. I have Pac on cryptopia but cryptopia is now giving this message: Market Closing

Does that mean I cant sell my pacs at all ever? Can I transfer my pac to my wallet and send it to a different exchange and try to sell it? I know tradsatoshi sells pac/doge but yobit doesnt have pac/doge. Does it have to pac/doge or can I sell as any after I send my pac to my wallet?
Yobit does have PAC/DOGE, create address on Yobit and send it directly to Yobit, then sell it for doge. Have you ever had this problem? I have never come across a message like this when I had to create an address.
