Bitfinex doesn't have a representative on this forum anymore, you can try r/BitcoinMarkets but I wouldn't hold out much hope of it being resolved quickly. This is an issue currently affecting all crypto exchanges. They simply don't have enough staff to deal with the current upsurge in demand.
