You can hold or change them into BTC. Now there are some problems with Cryptopia trading software and you can only trade Pac on BTC/PAC market, so it will take you several hours.
You bought it yesterday with btc, why are you scared? Your last sentence doesn't make sense. If you sell it in btc and ask what is the risk, my friend please stop trading.
