You can hold or change them into BTC. Now there are some problems with Cryptopia trading software and you can only trade Pac on BTC/PAC market, so it will take you several hours.

On PacCoin website there was a warning about trading Pac on BTC market when its value was under 1 sat.
Now the risk is buying yesterday at 2 and selling now at 1!

So what that is the risk of trading. If you buy something today for 5 sat there is no guarantee that this is tommorow also
