I also got a generic type email that mentioned what the op said to send (which I did with original ticket and my email response to that) but this generic email also says they need:

4)2 forms of government identification and a selfie of you holding one of those identifications where we can match your face.

Their webpage about performing verification says nothing about needing two forms of government ID. Suddenly demanding two is outrageous.

An earlier post today said someone tried the 2FA trick and was just told that verification issues are being addressed separately. They didn't ask him for two forms of ID.

They must have wised up to the 2FA trick.
