Alright! I appreciate the insight, im sure ill figure something out :-) However if did run the Chinese PSU what is the worst case scenario? Could it possibly destroy my cards?

Worst case scenario, the PSU dies and takes many of your other components with it. This probably isn't likely, but you never know with these no-name PSUs. Stick to reputable manufacturers for PSUs and power accessories. At least reputable ones can be expected to have fail-safes. (For example, if you exceed a good PSU's capabilities, it will shut off and prevent damage to itself and the connected components.)
