Your seeing access denied in the miner console?  then your pool username and password must be wrong.

Then I could tell you whats happening on the pool side back end.

I've set the pass and login correct.
Tried connect your link and nothing happened, through port 3333 and 18825

Could it be an windows variable issue?

Please try downloading another miner or another version. Some versions are not working for me, too. I´m using amdcards but config is really easy, if it´s not working at different pools, it might be a problem with the miner itself.
