can't connect to the pool Sad

But my Win console on Cuda is giving me Acess Denied
I already turned off anti virus
What else could it be?

Your seeing access denied in the miner console? then your pool username and password must be wrong.

Then I could tell you whats happening on the pool side back end.

I've set the pass and login correct.
Tried connect your link and nothing happened, through port 3333 and 18825

Could it be an windows variable issue?

I can't support or speak for nyc.mypool.club .... but ...

TCP 3333 is what is on their page for port. You can try to connect with telnet to see if the port is open to you.

You may need to add the telnet client via add remove programs and features ...
Then in a cmd window.... type
telnet nyc.mypool.club 3333

If the cursor goes to the upper left of the screen, Hit enter a few times, it should exit back to a prompt. The port is open....
If it gives you a failed message, It failed.

The port is opened, at least.
