Gambling for the aim of becoming relaxed is not a bad the thing until or unless you dont play by putting bets on the games because that will become a sin and will put you and your loving ones in danger. But I think it would be better for you not to gamble in the situations when you are facing pretty sort of troubles because if you will fail to win the game, the loss of money will make you more uncomfortable with your life.
