For each token they have various other Ether Accounts, from where withdrawals are sent.

Unfortunately they let those account become empty, and they leave it in an empty state for days before transfering more funds to those accounts.

Thanks for the tips. Anyway I'm kinda new to the world of crypto, how do I check the token balance? From https://www.etherchain.org/account/0x6e3a812e4b19d8dd8c25a3e2e54a127b75ec7033 on the left panel, there is "Top Token Balances", is that the current token balance that HitBTC has?
