There are a few others out there, they all charge between $88 to $99 per masternode.

Anyone can help you set up a masternode, you keep your private keys with you. How much are you willing to pay? Someone here may do that for you. You also need to get the VPS up and running already, so you may have to buy one, and give the root login credentials / password.
