FYI, after almost a week I've finally received an update on one of my support tickets on Cryptopia regarding to the PASL wallet maintenance. Nothing new or useful unfortunately, here's it is in case you're curious.
"PASL is currently in maintenance due to investigating deposit issues. You will be able to generate a wallet address once the maintenance is complete. Deposit and withdrawals will be enabled and process when the maintenance has been completed and if the wallet is back online again. Unfortunately there is no ETA on when the PASL wallet will be back online again. You can keep an eye on the wallet here :

It has been few weeks in the maintenance already, AFAIK it's been like that since mid-December and they don't even have an ETA on when it will be completed.

I also wrote several times to cryptopia's technical support .
They respond within 3-5 days.
Usually the answer is:
Unfortunately there is no ETA on when the PASL wallet will be back online again.

Deposit is impossible from November.
The developer said that this is not their problem and he can not affect it.
It's strange that this coin is still quoted on the stock exchange.
And Whattomine also.
Due to the fact that there is no inflow of currencies to the exchange - so exchange rates is overvalued.
When the exchange opens the possibility of deposits - the rate will drop.
