Ah, found your message. Sorry for my confusion.
I was told that there is not a problem with refunding. There are many transactions taking place, so my understanding is that the team cannot nail down exact timing.
Does that make sense?

I appreciate you responding to me. However, it does not give me confidence. I appreciate all you have done so far, but, if at all possible, i'd like you to expedite the process. I need to know that I am safe and that I have not been scammed.
Furthermore, a refund to me will allow me to post here that I have received a refund. This in turn will increase your overall reputation / trust factor. This will help you greatly. The longer it takes the more I worry and the worse it looks for TraDove.
Please do the right thing and expedite the process to help us both.
