Tells you a lot about the service, skimping on fees at a time like this. They should just process larger batches and pay appropriate fees. Maybe you guys can all lobby together for this.

Are you sure you are talking to the legitimate blockchain account? Far as I know, they don't offer any acceleration services, paid or otherwise. Other than ViaBTC and push, I wouldn't trust any other paid service, the forum's littered with scam attempts and fake acceleration services.

Sounds like you're the victim of a scam attempt, don't pay them. It won't work. Share the account ID, I'm almost certain they're not blockchain and should be reported for abuse.
