Yes, you can develop your own, but maybe your cheap coin will only worsen the condition of the crypto currency, if the coin does not have a unique useable.

You have quoted the OP's word but not mine so there's a mistake with it but forget about it. That's what I'm saying that why there's a need for him to develop a new cheap coin.

And that's why I'm asking him just to stop if there's no value to the community neither will give some help to boost the economy of the whole cryptocurrency market.

There are too many already and if he's about to add another one he will think of something new that will just hype in the beginning and later will be dumped.
