Вот видите, а в данном случае, действия биржи никак не подпадают, под ваши пожелания. Ибо биржа максимально закрыта, а их удаление верифицированных счетов, которым много лет, без предупреждения и каких либо оснований, а также использования клиентских средств МЕСЯЦАМИ, никак нельзя трактовать, как "шаг навстречу", можно только, как "два шага назад".
Я про обратное - клиент должен, а не биржа. Даже в этом топике достаточно людей считающих "верификацию прошел - могу делать что угодно"

Вас в этой теме неоднократно просили предоставить переписку, что вы до сих пор не сделали. Выглядит что битстамп начал задавать вопрос (имеет полное право), ответы их не устроили и соответственно счет они решили закрыть. То что переводы ходят долго - несомненно проблема. (мой обычный вывод в декабре обрабатывали две недели)
Это всего лишь требование двойной записи. Да и то оно спокойно обходится - записываем дебит счета "виртуальная задолженность", кредит счета "для инсайдерских торгов".
Пока массовых выводов нет - будет отлично работать.

массовых выводов, а пока не будет
крупных выводов. И эта схема работает только если такая стратегия используется самой компанией. А вот если группа лиц, из числа сотрудников хочет невзначай нажиться, то отлично работает схема с удалением аккаунтов.
Массовый вывод - вывод большого количества денег. Любая схема подразумевает вовлеченность компании так или иначе.
Права на
удаление, а не закрытие счетов рядовыми сотрудниками может выдать только совершенно безумный человек.
Более того - никаких свидетельств того что реально происходит со счетами у вас нет. Приписка _deleted может означать что угодно - например что учетная запись удалена из системы аутентификации.
Чтобы не было недопонимания - я сам являюсь клиентом битстампа (как и еще нескольких бирж) и получал от них весьма подробные вопросы как по поводу торговой активности, так и по поводу вводов/выводов. Ничего отличающегося от стандартных вопросов банков по KYC не было.
Переписку тебе никто не обязан предоставлять, закон у нас в стране есть - тайна переписки и защита персональных данных.Ты кто вообще, сначала свои ФИО и паспортные данные предъяви, потом обсудим переписку. Из общения тут исчерпывающую информацию ты уже получил. Дальше хочешь веришь в это, либо не веришь, а мы тут от нечего делать собрались кнопки жать на клавиатуре.
"The suspension of an Account shall not affect the payment of the commissions due for past Transactions. Что там написано? Возврат как можно скорее согласно срокам Битстамп, которые не написаны в правилах. Видимо как можно скорее это НИКОГДА? Или может полтора или 5 месяцев как можно скорее?
