as you can see, the forum has no capacity to solve these problems, you and all victims should hire a lawyer and report the case to the police.

It's good when the law and the police are on your side. In our country there is no such thing.

I doubt legal action would work because yobit's terms and conditions cover it from any user mistakes. A long wait for a reply to a support ticket is the OPs best hope.
