What's more, the performance not only depend on the hashrate , the power consumption is also very important.

A741 is 7.3TH/S， the power consumption is 1150w. A821 is 11TH/S , but the power consumption is ALMOST THE SAME:1200W. So, the performance do increase A LOT.

I know you did not get your A741, but we have limited inventory and SO MANY MANY people want it. I am sorry you miss that .

In addition, we do want to help you. But once the product is shipped to distributor, we can not restrict how they sell ,even the price.

Therefore, I think you can take refund or pay more to get a miner, it is not easy to get miner.

It's not really Canaan's fault, it's MinerWarez. They are the ones really at fault here. That said given the specs, price and availability of the 821 vs the Antminer S9 I can't really see any reason to buy them.
