Pre-ICO tokens will be distributed within 7 days.
The wallet should be ERC20 compliant. You can use MyEtherWallet.
MEW will support SCR.

No more coins will be issued in the future. There's still some time left in Pre-ICO - you can grab some - or you can still buy some SCR during ICO next month.
