On January 3rd I sent BTC from CEX.IO exchange to another exchange, however it has remained unconfirmed. At first I thought the network was busy and it just would take a while. I contact with CEX.IO support and they respond.Yesterday ( 12/01/18 ) they solve the problem.They wrote , they paid extra fee for push the transaction.It worked.
