I had many issues with them in the past days but all sums up to delays only - no lost coins.

First my XSH deposits took more than 12 hours for like 3 times already. everyday I deposit early in the morning and receive them late at night. BTC withdrawals where not that slow though - taking around an hour or so to show on the blockchain.

Today it's different, my deposit went in ultra fast - 5 minutes maximum but my BTC withdraw is approved from yesterday. it has been no less than 20 hours already.

I want to ask if someone is having success withdrawing ETH maybe?

Same here. BTC witdrawal approved since yesterday but not processed yet.
A guy above said it took 18 hrs for him. Since there has been no response from the support yet, i'll our best chance is to wait.
