Check their telegramsince January 7th, they have BTC withdrawal issues because their exchange engine cannot process the many transactions made by users who want to get their money out.
Besides, writing here is useless as the account moderating this thread is inactive since March 24th, 2017.

Anyone can confirm what got assets from this exchange ?

BTC withdrawal hasn't been working for 4 days now, same as LTC, DOGE, and XRB. ETH and all ERC20 tokens' wallets are working normally.
