It is not going to be on Bitmains site because they are not the same company. Bitmain Warranty is in Colorado USA. Not in China. They are an American company that sells and repairs miners.

Yes its in Colorado USA but you have to weight the cost of loss mining sending the whole miner back compared to paying to get 1 board fixed and while still mining with 2 boards
