Hi nickflyer, it's also same thing happened to me and i know how to make it confirmed. My transaction is 14 days stuck unconfirmed and i also use 60 sat/byte. I use https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ txid accelerator and voila, my transaction confirmed on the next block. You should try it OP, good luck.
