I think PD still doesn't run/use segwit wallet , they probably will enable segwit wallet when they launch the new version of PD, along with altcoin support.

i know he is your legit whale who donated a huge number of coins,it is really great to see the team respecting old whales and compensating for the delay which i have seen in the past when the price was well below thousand,but this is a new experience. Grin

He was also permanently banned from the site after creating a scam accusation about the issue. The bonus is generous, but I doubt he is happy about the strings attached to it, since not many sites support the limits PD does.

That's incorrect, this user was not banned or restricted in any way. There are very few "banned" users (hufflepuff). The user was happy with the outcome in the end, but we made changes to ensure our big transactions make it into the mempool.
