It will obviously be ethereum. Bitcoin cash is a scammy coin which is mostly centralized by two people who want to control the way bitcoin works. These two people are Roger Ver and Jihan Wu and if you look closely you'll see them pumping and dumping bitcoin cash all the time. Their goal is to make more money and control bitcoin.

Ethereum on the other hand is run by Vitalik Buterin and has more ambitious goals. Ethereum is also much better in terms of technology because it has smart contracts.

How bitcoin cash will still stay with its traditional system that consume so many energy. Ethereum has been planned to compete with visa on its scalability and there will be a lot of improvement through the official hardfork. So many hardfork will be implemented to make it becomes real. At the same time bitcoin cash still nothing to do with its target to compete with bitcoin.
