Well I guess I forgot to mention, we are running on a very low budget
I think they charge a hefty fee for that, though that is an effective way indeed.
I would try facebook marketing in that case, I bet you can find someone that would take $200/month for minimal ads.
No personal experience here, but it's definitely a thing. Or, just do this yourself. There are courses you can take to do so.
Definitely look into it now, pre-ico so you can spread the word before then
