Coins stuck for 6 weeks, because of XLM surge in the meanwhile its about 20% of my networth, i am losing sleep over this

I guess that "an american friend" implies that Mr. fourtyseven is also non-american. Just my guess.

What could be achieved via this lawsuit? Everybody gets their coins back or maybe portion of it, or something else? What kind of actions it requires other than filling the form? What can go wrong?

I guess your funds can be frozen untill the class action suit has come to an end, unsure what is best, to wait and hope for bittrex or to talk active steps
