Still didn't managed to solve it, I'm getting pretty frustrated, but I think it's etherdelta's problem.

i guess the problem was too low gas price you set. better check https://ethgasstation.info/ for safelow gas price before every transaction you make. ethereum network is too congested recently. safelow gas price wasn't lower than 20 gwei last week but today it varies from 5 to 10 gwei. so you'd better try to deposit right now, i think it's the best opportunity to make it cheap and fast these days. also don't forget that 200 000 gas limit is needed for tokens.
