You asked this question December 25 - today, on January 14, and you still have not given a clear answer! All the normal ICO themselves publish such information - so why do you have to pull ticks?

Save your money ! here they will not let you ! they all take themselves ! I currently lied to me for 1100$ ! is there anyone else to lose their money ! then send money to them ! and say goodbye to your money ! money they will not return !

I will wait for main ICO at least, when everything gonna work. Including a stable working contract system.

But I want to invest in ETH, so the smart contracts are much easier here.

not quite sure about investing with eth because its increasing highly right now. if the rates are the same for buying coins, better to purchase by decreasing altos or bitcoin (as for now). today i would better buy some eth and see what happens to it. however buying a coin might be a better investment as a long-term solution
