when typing last command sendrawtransaction "HASH"
This means you have not properly signed the transaction with the minimum number of private keys as specified in the MultiSig wallet... if Electrum 2FA... then you need to sign with 2-of-3. If you see that message, it means you have only signed it with ONE of the
required keys... so while it is possible you did signrawtransaction twice with different keys... one of those keys might be wrong.
