Nervious and panicking if the price are falling dump are not healthy to us as a traders because if you don't want to losse more in your investment don't make yourself paranoid because of nervous then sell the coins in the very lowest price.

Yeah! It is better option to stay away from the market and laptop when the prices of your going are falling down continuously because continuously seeing negative graph puts you in stress which ultimately leads to wrong decisions.

It is really wise of you that you dont fall victim to panic selling and understand the volatile nature of crypto market in a great way. Keep in mind that here everything changes.
