I'm sorry, but in America you can get arrested and thrown in jail for doing things that are not illegal. Police officers will throw things at you and see what sticks in court. If they have never seen someone do the same before they will invent some new law or modify one on the fly. If you have a shitty judge, attorney, or jury, you will be screwed. America is not as free as the rest of the world would like to think it is. I'm afraid to do MANY things that would seem cool or fun because of our legal system.

And this is why my husband and I decided not to buy when BTC was only $1. We were afraid of being thrown in jail because we were tied to something that could be seen as tied to money laundering etc. We waited until we noticed there was some regulation. That perhaps cost us thousands of dollars in that we could not buy as much BTC. Oh well. We are not in jail though. Wink
